I HAVE to give credit where it is due. I submitted my income tax returns early this month and within seven working days, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a letter from the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) informing me that a cheque for refund on overpayment was on its way.
It used to take several months or even years to receive a refund, now it is just a matter of days.
I can’t believe that the efficiency at the IRB has reached such a level. That’s the way to go, IRB! Syabas and keep up the good work!
Satisfied customers usually tell three friends, angry customers tell 3,000. The efficiency of the IRB should be disseminated to all Malaysians.
