| Stamp Duty (Taksiran Penilaian Hasil) for land transfers by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negara (LHDN) used to take 26-86 days involving 9 manual steps. Improvements are as follows: |

The STPH (Sistem Taksiran Pindah Milik Harta Tanah) for the transfer of landed properties which was introduced by the Inland |

Revenue Board (LHDN) in July 2003 is now introduced in all states in Malaysia. |

The STPH involves 6 steps and takes between 16 to 62 days in which the processes involving LHDN and JPPH (Jabatan Penilaian |

Perkhidmatan Harta) has been reduced to between 2 to 16 days. 5 steps are done online in the STPH system. |
