Liability and Responsibility: You are legally responsible, and solely responsible, for any content that you post to the discussion. You may only post images and text that you have the right or permission to distribute electronically. You agree to hold PEMUDAH harmless from any and all liability arising from your posting of any materials to the PEMUDAH Online Forum.
Accuracy: PEMUDAH cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy of any statements made in materials posted to the forum. However, PEMUDAH may, on its own initiative, investigate the veracity and/or negative effects of statements made and may remove all or part of a posting if it is deemed necessary. This also applies to postings that incite an inordinate amount of anger, anxiety, fear or discord, particularly with respect to PEMUDAH’s customers, affiliates, forum participants, etc.

Copyright and Fair Use: As a participant in the PEMUDAH Online Forum, you retain copyright of any materials of your own creation that you post to the forum. However, you authorize other participants to make to make personal and customary use of that work, including creating links to or reposting such materials to other Internet discussion sites, but not otherwise to reproduce or disseminate those materials unless you provide express permission. You agree to always identify the source and other of materials you download from the forum if you repost them elsewhere.
Advertising and Links: Posting of advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this forum. You are not permitted to link to or advertise a “paid” website in your signature or within postings if the site uses pay-per-click ads and/or sells a product or service. This discourages the abuse of the forum for the sole purpose of driving up hits to a site in order to derive monetary benefit, directly or otherwise. The exception to this rule is if you were informing others of information/articles on “generic” sites or to a site that provides information directly related to a forum discussion. However, clear and obvious repetition of links to a paid site that happens to relate to a discussion thread is not permitted and you will be banned from the forum. For example, creating an occasional, single post with a link to a website about crop circles or even jelly beans (each having saleable products/services) is acceptable provided there is nothing in it for you except the satisfaction of helping fellow forum members.
