We have submitted our application for matching grant for product & process improvement on 25/03/2009. We have make several call since April 2009 and forward by letter on 15/07/2009. Our application has been returned with reason cannot process due to previous claims not yet completed. We have resubmit again on 24/07/2009 with the proof that previous grant has been completed and fully claimed. We hope SMIDEC can process our application immediately as it has delay over 4 months.

SMIDEC have received a complete application from your company at end of July 2009 and your application will be tabled in the next coming meeting for approval. We will take all necessary action to expedite your application.
