Limit for Financing Projects
Feedback
- OD (with ERF Sdn.Bhd) is only released for projects above RM20,000.
- Being new in the construction field can only get projects under the "voting system" where projects has budget limited to RM20,000.
- Suggest that the funding be allowed for even projects below RM20,000.
Reply
- ERF has approved a revolving stanby credit facility of RM 60K on 21 Sept 2006.
- As stated in the LOI and policy of ERF, only work order/indent not less than RM 20K and not exceeding RM 500K is eligible under the revolving scheme.
- BSN micro credit financing provides assistance for less than RM 20K
