| What are the documents required for passport application? |

| For applicants under 18 years , the following documents need to be produced at the Immigration office: |
- Photocopy of MyCard and the original for verification;
- Application form;
- Payment of RM600 for 64 pages and payment of RM300 for 32 pages; and
- 2 passport size photos.
